We are shifting the consciousness to 360 degrees for 360 days. Every single day counts. By meditating together, we will be giving access to our higher realms to manifest your goals for 2022.

By doing this, you will see positive results from within. Increasing self-awareness to improving patience and tolerance. Focusing on the present with clarity. Reducing negative emotions by being in a deep state of relaxation to the mind. Building skills to manage stress levels which will unlock new opportunity on your way to success.

Meditation is the fastest, most effective way to magnify your intentions and energy. As you focus on sending peace, healing and love to those in need, you too will become a healthier, more joyful person. In just 20 minutes a day, you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of others. Just like that pebble, your intention can cast ripples into the consciousness of humanity.

How to meditate:

-Find a quiet place where you can be comfortably seated for 20 minutes without any disruption and just relax.

-Close your eyes

-Focus on your inhalation and exhalation. It is normal for your mind to wander. As long as you realise, bring your focus back to your breathing and keep doing this repeatedly.
